Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vintage n Will. Here is how we handle shipping:

Processing Time

We know you're excited to receive your items!

  • Fast Fulfillment: All orders are guaranteed to ship no later than the next business day.

  • Business Days: We ship Monday through Friday.

  • Weekends: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and shipped by the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Lost Packages

At Vintage n Will, we take full responsibility for your order until it reaches your door.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the item and contact us immediately at vintagenwill@gmail.com.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to us.
