We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unwashed, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided through Shopify, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Items showing signs of use, including sand, stains, odors, or wear
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
